The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) is pleased to host the event “MULTIPLE STRESSORS IMPACT ON MEDITERRANEAN MARINE BIODIVERSITY AND COASTAL COMMUNITIES: NEW COMMITMENTS FOR ADAPTATION CHALLENGES, A NEW EXPANDED APPROACH FOR THE PLASTIC BUSTERS INITIATIVE“.
The event, which will take place at the UfM headquarters on October 30th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., represents a strategic milestone of the Plastic Busters initiative, labelled by the UfM in 2016, and will mark the launch of two new projects — MIRAMAR (Interreg Euro-MED) and MedProAct (Interreg NEXT MED) — confirming the full synergy between the two programmes for the future of a more sustainable and blue Mediterranean sea.
